Founder & Innovator
The origianl pioneer of South Africa’s digital printing industry, Craig Whyte has spent more than 40 years introducing new technologies to the market—from colour copying in the early 1980s and large-format printing in 1992 to wallpaper printing, digital textiles, fine art reproduction, and electronic display systems. As founder of ArtLab, he remains driven by a passion for innovation and a relentless pursuit of print perfection.
Marlene Whyte
Owner & Marketing
Marlene Whyte is the client-focused heart of ArtLab and one of the key architects of its success. With more than 30 years of experience, she has earned the trust and respect of leading local and international brands through her ability to manage complex corporate contracts, tenders, and demanding large-scale projects with professionalism and precision. Her belief that every client deserves outstanding service remains at the core of the ArtLab experience.
